Refund Policy

At Mona’s Bakes and Cakes, all of our cakes and desserts are made-to-order with care, creativity, and premium ingredients. As such, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your date and covers the time, supplies, and preparation required to begin your custom order.

Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation. We encourage customers to confirm details before placing an order.
If cancellation is made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled pick up or delivery date we may offer a partial credit toward a future order, at our discretion.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event will not be eligible for any refund or credit due to time and resource commitments already made.

Changes to Orders
Changes to your order (such as flavor, design, or pickup time) must be requested at least 3 days in advance.
We cannot guarantee changes requested less than 3 days of your scheduled or pick up date but we will do our best to accommodate.

Quality Issues
If there is a concern with the quality of your cake or dessert:
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We may request photos and details to understand the issue and determine the appropriate resolution (credit, partial refund, or replacement).

No Shows / Late Pickups
Orders not picked up on the agreed date/time may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

We are not responsible for items once they are picked up or delivered.
